Lorree Bartlett

Jeff Gurley

Lorree has been around animals all her life with dogs being the biggest part.  With a B.S. in Environmental Education with an emphasis on wildlife from Penn State, she’s worked in education for the National Park Service, IN State Park Service and Brookfield Zoo.  She holds certifications for dog training from Animal Behavior College (ABCDT certification) and Canine Massage Therapy certification from the Chicago School of Canine Massage (now Canis Bodyworks) and is an AKC CGC/Tricks/Farm Dog/ATT/STAR Puppy evaluator and Pet Partners Therapy Dog evaluator.  She is also a Reiki practitioner.  Working with her dog, Bronwyn, they have received titles in agility and nosework and are a retired TDI therapy dog team.  Lorree’s philosophy is that dogs are sensitive creatures and learn better with positive reinforcement and by shaping as this builds a thinking dog.
